Refund policy

  1. What time period is there to return the order or request a change of size?

If you wish, you can change your order within a maximum period of 10 (ten) calendar days from receipt of your order.


  1. How can you request a return or request a change in size?

    Returns and size changes will be processed electronically.

    VELISE Collection offers the possibility of collecting the return at your home.

    Whether you opt for the return or the change of size, you will have to contact us to process the collection via email:infovelise@gmail.com


  1. What will be returned?

    The client may choose to:

    – The refund of the money for the products (minus the shipping cost) through the payment method used by the customer for the purchase. *The garments from the 'Night Out' collection after December 31, 2022 will only be reimbursed through a VOUCHER for the same amount.
  3. – The change of size: always taking into account the existing stock at that time, if there is no size, a refund will be made. (VELISE is not responsible for shipping costs)


  1. What conditions must the product have to be returned?

To return an item, you must ensure that it is in the same packaging, as you received it, and in perfect condition.

You can only be granted a refund if you return the product as purchased, without having used the product. With its original and intact packaging and labels, packaged in its original packaging and properly protected. We will proceed to make the refund once we receive the products back and verify that everything is ok. Our refunds take up to 10 business days to arrive.


  1. Which products can be returned and which cannot?

    All VELISE Collection garments can be returned as long as they have not been worn and are in perfect condition, just as it was received.


  1. What is the process to follow from when the return or change of size is requested?

    In case you have opted for the return:
    1. Email us atinfovelise@gmail.com with the subject: "RETURN”. In the email you must indicate your order number.
    2. You will be sent a label that you must print and paste on the packing box in which you received the order.
    3. They will pick up your order at the indicated shipping address.

    In case you have opted for the change of size:
    1. Email us atinfovelise@gmail.com with the subject "CHANGE SIZE”. In the email you must tell us your order number and what size you want to receive.
    2. From the establishment we will manage the change of size and send it to your address.
    3. They will deliver the size change, and you must AT THAT TIME deliver, to the courier, the garment you want to change in the same packaging in which it was delivered.


  1. How long will it take to make the return?

    Once the order has been received and verified that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount of the garment within a maximum period of 15 business days.


  1. Who is responsible for the shipping costs?

VELISE Collection is not responsible for the costs of the return, these shipping costs have a cost of €5.90 (except if it is our error or in case of tare), but we will help manage it at all times.

In case of tare by the brand, the client will have a maximum period of 24 hours from the receipt of their order to notify it. And you must send an email to infovelise@gmail.com with attached photos where the tare of the product can be seen so that it can be returned at no cost.
